There is no additional fee for an emergency callout.
It’s just charged at our standard rate of $220 for the first half-hour and $60 every 15 minutes after. We do not charge if a quote or further investigation is required and/or no work is performed.

A messy job site is one of our pet hates. Our staff are trained to ensure they leave your job site as clean as physically possible.
We offer full bathroom and laundry renovations. We can also organise general construction, and have a list of qualified builders and tradesmen we recommend.
Our experience and knowledge mean we can diagnose your problem quickly. We don’t charge anything to work out what is wrong unless it’s a complicated issue that requires a quote or further investigation such as digging up external pipes. We use various tools such as CCTV cameras, water jetters and plumbing drain rods to identify the issue before we start work. We also have the necessary plant equipment, such as small-format and large excavators to handle any job.
